HEARING OFFICER ORDER
The telephonic status conference scheduled for November 23, 2004, is cancelled and is
continued to the date and time noted below. The parties are awaiting a decision by the Board of
the various motions regarding scope of discovery that are presently before it.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic status
conference with the hearing officer on December 21, 2004, at 10:30 a.m. Please note the change
of date and time. The change is the result of a conflict with the hearing officer schedule due to a
hearing in another matter. Please inform the hearing officer if there is a conflict. The telephonic
status conference must be initiated by the petitioner, but each party is nonetheless responsible for
its own appearance. At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status
of the above-captioned matter and their readiness for hearing.
