HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On November 17, 2004, the parties were scheduled to participate in a telephone status
conference with the hearing officer. Neither party appeared. As last reported, petitioner
expected to file a motion to dismiss soon.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 9:30 a.m. on December 28, 2004. The status conference shall be initiated by the
petitioner.
The decision deadline in this case is currently May 3, 2005.
