    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
    On November 16, 2004, complainant contacted the hearing officer to reschedule the
    telephone status conference set for November 23, 2004. According to complainant, respondent
    does not object. This case may be settled before the next status conference.
     
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer at 10:30 a.m. on January 18, 2004. The status conference shall be initiated by the
    complainant. If the proposed settlement agreement is filed before that date, the status conference
    shall be cancelled with no further notice.
