    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
    On November 17, 2004, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing officer. Petitioner plans to dismiss this appeal as soon as it receives payment for
    attorney fees stemming from PCB 03-214. By December 17, 2004, petitioner’s attorney will file
    a motion to dismiss or an additional waiver of the decision deadline.
     
    If petitioner’s motion to dismiss has not been filed, the parties are directed to participate
    in a telephone status conference with the hearing officer at 11:30 a.m. on January 6, 2005. The
    status conference shall be initiated by the petitioner.
     
    The statutory decision deadline for this case is currently March 21, 2005.
