HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On November 17, 2004, the parties were scheduled to participate in a telephone status
conference with the hearing officer. Complainant’s attorney had a conflict and requested that the
conference be rescheduled. As last reported, the parties were supposed to determine the payment
schedule by November 15, 2004.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 10:30 a.m. on December 6, 2004. The call will be initiated by complainant, and the
parties shall be prepared to discuss the status of this matter. If the proposed stipulation and
settlement agreement is filed before that date, the status conference shall be cancelled with no
further notice.
