HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On November 16, 2004, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. The parties have not yet discussed this matter. Petitioner agreed to file a 40-day
deadline waiver within the next seven days.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 2:30 p.m. on December 21, 2004. The status conference shall be initiated by the
petitioner.
The decision deadline in this case is February 17, 2005.
