HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On November 15, 2004, petitioner participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. The administrative record is due November 22, 2004, and petitioner is not
willing to extend the deadline. Petitioner agreed to file a waiver of the decision deadline within
the next 7 days.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 2:00 p.m. on December 7, 2004. The status conference shall be initiated by the
petitioners. At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the
above-captioned matter.
