HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On November 15, 2004, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. Respondents are sending a discovery memo to complainant. At the next status
conference, the parties will propose a discovery schedule.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 1:30 p.m. on December 20, 2004. The telephone status conference will be initiated by
the complainant. The parties shall be prepared to discuss the status of this matter.
