HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On November 15, 2004, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. The parties have reached an agreement, and are working on language for the
draft stipulation and settlement agreement.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 11:30 a.m. on December 20, 2004. The telephone status conference will be initiated by
the complainant. The parties shall be prepared to discuss the status of this matter.
