HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On November 10, 2004, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference with the
hearing officer. The parties represented that they have been discussing settlement, including the
possibility of alleged new violations being incorporated into the stipulation and proposal for
settlement. The respondent made an oral motion for an extension of time to file its answer. The
complainant had no objection. The respondent’s motion is granted. The respondent’s answer is
now due to be filed on or before February 3, 2005.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic status
conference with the hearing officer on January 13, 2005, at 11:00. The telephonic status
conference must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its
own appearance. At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of
the above-captioned matter and their readiness for hearing.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
