    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
    On November 10, 2004, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing officer. The parties are looking into whether respondent owns part of the property on
    which the violations are alleged. Complainant will also send respondent photographs of the site.
     
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer at 1:45 p.m. on December 6, 2004. The status conference shall be initiated by the
    complainant. At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the
    above-captioned matter.
