MOTION TO CORRECT HEARING TRANSCRIPT
NOW COMES Water Remediation Technologies, LLC (“WRT”) by and through its
attorneys, Jeffrey C. Fort and Letissa Carver Reid of Sonnenschein Nath & Rosenthal, LLP, to
request, pursuant to 35 Ill. Admin. Code
§
101.604, that the Board amend the transcript ofthe
hearing in this matter that took place on October 2 1-22, 2004. In support ofthis Motion, WRT
states as follows:
1.
On June 2, 2004, WRT requested that the Board hold an additional merit hearing
regarding the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency’s proposed rule change regarding radium
water quality standards.
2.
The testimony of several witnesses for WRT was filed, and the Board held an
additional merit hearing on October 2 1-22, 2004.
3.
Upon reviewing the transcript ofthe October 21, 2004 hearing, WRT noted the
