    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
    The parties agree that the deadlines for filing the administrative record and the response
    to respondents motion to dismiss are extended to April 13, 2005. As a practical matter, the
    parties have reached a settlement agreement, and petitioner hopes to file its motion to dismiss
    within the next 30 days.
     
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer at 10:30 a.m. on December 7, 2004. The status conference shall be initiated by the
    petitioner. At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the
    above-captioned matter.
     
    The decision deadline in this case is April 13, 2005.
