HEARING OFFICER ORDER

 

On November 8, 2004, the complainant filed a motion to cancel the hearing in this

matter. The complainant represents that the parties have reached a settlement and that no

hearing is necessary. The complainant represents that the respondents have no objection. To

that end, the motion is granted and the hearing scheduled for November 15 and 16, 2004, is

hereby cancelled.

 

The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic status

conference with the hearing officer on January 13, 2005, at 9:45 a.m. The telephonic status

conference must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its

own appearance. At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of

the stipulation and proposal for settlement. If, however, a stipulation is filed prior to the status

conference, the conference will be cancelled without further order.
