The hearings in this rulemaking are concluded and the transcript from the most recent
hearing, held October 21
through 22, 2004, is complete and available for public access on the
Board’s website.
The purpose oftoday’s
order is to request the parties to review the hearing
transcripts and correct any tecimicalities, such as measurements ofradium, that may have been
transcribed incorrectlyby the court reporter at hearing.
The corrections must be submitted in
writing to the hearing officer by November 12, 2004.
As soon as they become available, the
corrected transcripts will be posted on the Board’s website.
As discussed at hearing, the parties must file any additional information with the Board
by November 24, 2004.
The first-notice public comment period ends December 8, 2004.
