HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On November 3, 2004, complainant’s attorney called to say that he was unable to attend
the telephone status conference set for November 8, 2004. Complainant’s attorney sent
respondent a proposed stipulation and settlement agreement, and expects respondent to return the
signed agreement in the near future. Complainant requested another status conference in 60
days, although this case may be dismissed soon.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 9:00 a.m. on January 4, 2005. The status conference shall be initiated by the
complainant. At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the
above-captioned matter.
