    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
     
    On November 4, 2004, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing officer. Respondent just received the report from complainant’s noise expert, and
    requested 60 days to review the report. Complainant did not object.
     
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer at 11:30 a.m. on January 4, 2005. The telephone status conference will be initiated by the
    complainant.
