HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On November 4, 2004, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference with the
hearing officer. The parties represented that the respondent is to forward additional financial
documents to the complainant in an attempt to reduce the penalty demand. The complainant was
directed to file its response to respondent’s affirmative defenses on or before November 19,
2004.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic status
conference with the hearing officer on January 6, 2005, at 11:00 a.m. The telephonic status
conference must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its
own appearance. At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of
the above-captioned matter and their readiness for hearing.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
