HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On November 4, 2004, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference with the
hearing officer. The respondent represented that it is drafting a letter of agreement regarding
settlement and will forward it to the petitioners for review. The petitioners represented that once
the letter is reviewed it anticipates that it will file a motion to voluntarily dismiss.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic status
conference with the hearing officer on December 16, 2004, at 10:45 a.m. The telephonic status
conference must be initiated by the petitioners, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its
own appearance. At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of
the above-captioned matter and their readiness for hearing. If, however, a motion to voluntarily
dismiss is filed prior to the next status conference, the conference will be cancelled without
further order.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
