HEARING OFFICER ORDER

On November 4, 2004, a telephonic status conference was held. Respondent did not

appear. The petitioner represented that it had settlement discussions recently regarding the

related enforcement matter. The petitioner suggested that we continue this status conference for

60-days. The petitioner represented that it will file a 60-day waiver of the statutory decision

deadline.

 

The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic status

conference with the hearing officer on January 6, 2005, at 10:00 a.m. The telephonic status

conference must be initiated by the petitioner, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its

own appearance. At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of

the above-captioned matter and their readiness for hearing.
