HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On October 29, 2004, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. Complainant recently sent respondent a draft proposed stipulation and
settlement agreement. Respondent will review and comment on the proposal. Respondent is
also working on proposals for supplemental environmental projects.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 10:00 a.m. on January 4, 2005. The telephone status conference will be initiated by the
complainant.
