(hereinafter “Saint-Gobain” or “Petitioner”),
by and through its attorneys, HODGE

and submits the following Motion to Continue
Status Conference
for
thirty (30) days or until December
16,
2004,
stating as follows:

Pursuant to Hearing Officer Order dated August 24,
2004,
a status
conference has been scheduled in this matter for November
16,
2004,
at 11:15
a.m.
2.
Petitioner and Respondent will be meeting on the morning ofNovember
16th to continue settlement negotiations in this matter.
Therefore,
Counsel for Petitioner
and Counsel for Respondent will be
unable to participate in the above-referenced status
conference.

Counsel
for Respondent has reviewed a draft of this Motion and has no
objection to the filing ofthis Motion.
WUEREFORE, for the
