NOW COMES the Respondent SA1NT-GOBAIN CONTAINERS, iNC.
(hereinafter “Saint-Gobain” or “Respondent”), by and through its
attorneys, HODGE
DWYER ZEMAN,
and submits the following Motion to Continue
Status Conference for
thirty (30) days or until December
16, 2004,
stating as follows:
1.
Pursuant to Hearing Officer Order dated August 24, 2004,
a status
conference has been scheduled in this matter for November
16, 2004, at
11:00
a.m.
2.
Respondent and Complainant will be meeting on the morning of
November
16th to continue settlement
negotiations in this matter.
Therefore, Counsel for
Respondent and Counsel for Complainant will be unable to participate in the above
referenced status conference.
3.
Counsel for Complainant has reviewed a draft ofthis Motion and has no
objection to the
filing ofthis Motion.
WHEREFORE, for the above and foregoing reasons, Respondent, SAINT-
