    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
     
    On October 28, 2004, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing officer. Complainant expects the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency to refer the
    more recently alleged violations to complainant next week. When that occurs, the parties will be
    able to continue settlement negotiations on all outstanding allegations.
     
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer at 9:30 a.m. on January 4, 2005. The telephone status conference will be initiated by the
    complainant. The parties shall be prepared to discuss the status of this matter.
