HEARING OFFICER ORDER

 

  

On October 28, 2004, a telephonic status conference was held with the hearing officer.

Respondent Troy Williamson did not appear. The complainant represented that the stipulation

and proposal for settlement (stipulation) are being reviewed by the respective parties.

 

The parties are directed to participate in a telephonic status conference with the hearing

officer on December 2, 2004, at 11:15 a.m. The parties are directed to call 1-866-215-5505 and

use the pass code 8011676. At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the

status of the above-captioned matter and their readiness for hearing. If, however, stipulations

are filed prior to the next status conference, the conference will be cancelled without further

order.
