HEARING OFFICER ORDER

 

 

On October 28, 2004, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the

hearing officer. Respondent’s attorney will send additional information to petitioner’s attorney

within the next week, and the parties will then discuss whether this appeal may be dismissed.

 

The parties are directed to participate in a telephonic status conference with the hearing

officer at 10:30 a.m. on November 30, 2004. The telephone status conference will be initiated

by the petitioner.

 

Petitioner filed an open waiver of the decision deadline in this case.
