HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On October 21, 2004, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference with the
hearing officer. Respondent Illinois Environmental Protection Agency (Agency) written motion
to postpone filing the record filed October 4, 2004, was addressed. The Agency’s motion was
granted to the extent that the record must be filed on or before November 30, 2004. The
respondent Village of Wauconda represented that it will file a waiver of the statutory decision
deadline to and including March 3, 2005.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic status
conference with the hearing officer on December 1, 2004, at 1:30 p.m. The telephonic status
