HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On October 25, 2004, the parties submitted a joint proposal for discovery deadlines. The
discovery schedule is accepted to the extent as follows: all written discovery (excluding requests
to admit) due to be served on or before November 5, 2004; answers to written discovery due to
be served on or before November 29, 2004; oral discovery cut-off is December 30, 2004. If the
parties require modifications to the above discovery dates, those will be addressed at the
appropriate time.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic status
conference with the hearing officer on December 21, 2004, at 9:30 a.m. The telephonic status
conference must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its
own appearance. At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of
the above-captioned matter and their readiness for hearing.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
