HEARING OFFICER ORDER

 

On October 21, 2004, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference with the

hearing officer. The complainant represented that additional financial documents have been

submitted by the respondents in an attempt to reducing the penalty demand. Nevertheless, both

parties are preparing for hearing. The parties were given an extension to file their respective pre-

hearing memorandum to and including November 9, 2004.
