HEARING OFFICER ORDER

On October 21, 2004, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference with the

hearing officer. The petitioner represented that one minor issue needs to be resolved before it

files a motion to voluntarily dismiss. Discussions continue.

The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic status

conference with the hearing officer on November 4, 2004, at 9:30 a.m. The telephonic status

conference must be initiated by the petitioners, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its

own appearance. At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of

the above-captioned matter and their readiness for hearing. If, however, a motion to voluntarily

dismiss is filed prior to the next status conference, the conference will be cancelled without

further order.
