HEARING OFFICER ORDER 
 
On October 21, 2004, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference with the 
hearing officer.  The respondent represented that the county as requested a revision regarding the 
septic permit and that its architect and civil engineer will be addressing the requested revisions.  
The respondents also represented that the building plans have been submitted to the village for 
 its review.  Finally, the parties represented that they anticipate a meeting in the near future 
regarding issues with the settlement agreement.           
 
The parties are directed to participate in a telephonic status conference with the hearing 
officer on December 1, 2004, at 11:30 a.m.  The status conference must be initiated by the 
complainants, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its own appearance.  At the status 
conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and 
their readiness for hearing.
