HEARING OFFICER ORDER

On October 20, 2004, the petitioner informed the hearing officer that its budget action

and closure plan will be forwarded to the respondent within 14 days for its review. Petitioner

represented that it will file a 90-day waiver of the statutory decision deadline.

 

The parties are directed to participate in a telephonic status conference on

January 20, 2005, at 10:00 a.m. The status conference must be initiated by the petitioner, but

each party is nonetheless responsible for its own appearance. At the status conference, the

parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and their readiness

for hearing.
