HEARING OFFICER ORDER

 

 

  

On October 13, 2004, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference. The

parties requested that a hearing date be scheduled. To that end, it was agreed that the hearing

will be scheduled for December 13, 2004, and continue as necessary to December 14, 2004. The

time and location will be noted in the notice of hearing. The parties represented that a total of 8

witnesses will testify at the hearing.

 

The parties were directed to file a pre-hearing memorandum on or before December 2,

2004.

  

The parties are directed to participate in a telephonic pre-hearing conference with the

hearing officer on Dececmber 7, 2004, at 11:00 a.m. The conference must be initiated by the

complainant, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its own appearance. At the

conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and

their readiness for hearing.
