    ORDER OF THE BOARD (by T.E. Johnson):
     
    On September 7, 2004, Afton Chemical Corporation f/k/a Ethyl Petroleum Additives,
    Inc. (petitioner) filed a motion to amend the caption in this case regarding its chemical
    manufacturing facility in Sauget, St. Claire County. To date, the Illinois Environmental
    Protection Agency has not filed a response to the motion. In the motion, petitioner asserts that
    effective July 1, 2004, the Ethyl Petroleum Additives, Inc. facility in Sauget changed its name to
    Afton Chemical Corporation. Mot. at 1. The petitioner contends that the caption in this
    proceeding should be amended to reflect the current name of the facility at issue in the permit
    appeal.

    If a party files no response to a motion within 14 days the party will be deemed to have
    waived objection to the granting of the motion.
    See
    35 Ill. Adm. Code 101.500(d). A certificate
    of service pursuant to 35 Ill. Adm. Code 101.304(d) accompanied the motion. The Board grants
    the motion and amends the caption in this matter as reflected in this o
    rder.
