The fourth hearing is

Due to
double booking ofthe room in the Michael A. Bilandic Building, the hearing has been moved to
a room directly across LaSalle Street.
Accordingly, the room for the hearing at
1:30 p.m. on
October 21, 2004
is changed to Room
02-025 in the James R. Thompson Center.
The hearing
will continue, if necessary, in the same room, as previously scheduled, the following day at 9:00
a.m.
