HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On October 7, 2004, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. To allow the parties additional time for discovery, the parties decided not to
hold a hearing on November 3, 2004. A new hearing date will be discussed at the next status
conference. Petitioner agreed to file a 60-day waiver of the decision deadline within the next
seven days.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 10:00 a.m. on November 10, 2004. The status conference shall be initiated by the
petitioner. At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the
above-captioned matter and their readiness for hearing.
The decision deadline for this case is January 20, 2005.
