HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On October 7, 2004, a telephonic status conference was held. Respondent did not appear.
Petitioner represented that the respondent recently issued a revised permit but that it did not
reflect all of the revisions agreed to. The petitioner represented that it was its understanding that
respondent is in the process of revising the permit again.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephonic status call with the hearing officer on
November 4, 2004, at 10:45 a.m. The status conference must be initiated by the petitioner, but
each party is nonetheless responsible for its own appearance. At the status conference, the parties
must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and their readiness for
hearing. If, however, a motion to voluntarily dismiss is filed prior to the next status conference,
the conference will be cancelled without further notice.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
