HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On October 5, 2004, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. The parties are still exchanging discovery. Respondent is requesting additional
information from complainants regarding the source of the noise and alleged harm. If
complainants do not provide additional information, respondent will file a motion to compel.
Within the next several weeks, respondent expects to finish compiling records for complainants’
discovery requests.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 2:00 p.m. on November 15, 2004. The status conference shall be initiated by the
complainants, although each party is responsible for their own appearance. At the status
conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and
their readiness for hearing.
