HEARING OFFICER ORDER

On October 5, 2004, the parties informed the hearing officer that discovery is proceeding

but that a revised discovery schedule may have to be implemented. The parties are directed to

discuss that possibility on or before the next status conference. Respondent represented that it is

in the process of proceeding with internal discussions.

The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic status

conference with the hearing officer on December 2, 2004, at 9:30 a.m. The telephonic status

conference must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its

own appearance. At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of

the above-captioned matter and their readiness for hearing.
