    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
    On October 5, 2004, petitioner participated in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing officer. Respondent did not appear. Petitioner reports that the parties continue to
    discuss this matter.
     
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer at 9:30 a.m. on December 7, 2004. The status conference shall be initiated by the
    petitioner. At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the
    above-captioned matter.
     
    The petitioner has filed an open waiver of the decision deadline in this matter.
