HEARING OFFICER ORDER

 

The parties have agreed that November 15, 2004, will be the hearing date in this matter.

If needed, the hearing will be continued to November 16, 2004. The parties have represented

that a total of three witnesses will be called. The time and location of the hearing will be noted

in the notice of hearing.

 

The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic status

conference on scheduled for October 21, 2004, at 1:30 p.m. The status conference must be

initiated by the complainant, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its own appearance.

At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-

captioned matter and their readiness for hearing.
