    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
     
    On October 5, 2004, complainant participated in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing officer. Respondent did not appear. Complainant reports that the parties may have
    reached a settlement in this matter, and that respondent does not plan to hire an attorney.
     
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer at 9:15 a.m. on November 15, 2004. The telephone status conference will be initiated by
    the complainant.
