HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On September 23, 2004, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference with the
hearing officer. The parties represented that the site is now clean and that the complainant is
drafting a stipulation and proposal for settlement (stipulation).
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic status
conference with the hearing officer on November 18, 2004, at 11:15 a.m. The telephonic status
conference must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its
own appearance. If, however, a stipulation is filed prior to the next status conference, the
conference will be cancelled without further order.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
