    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
     
    On September 28, 2004, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing officer. Complainant’s inspector has determined that the cleanup is finished.
    Complainant’s attorney will send a draft for stipulation for respondent’s signature.
     
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer at 9:00 a.m. on November 8, 2004. The telephone status conference will be initiated by
    the complainant. The parties shall be prepared to discuss the status of this matter.
