HEARING
OFFICER ORDER
On September 22, 2004, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference with the
hearing officer.
The complainants represented that it has finished collecting additional noise
readings and will forward it to their consultant for evaluation and then to the respondent.
The parties ortheir legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic status
conference with the hearing officer on October 28, 2004, at
11:15
a.m.
The telephonic status
conference must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is nonetheless responsible forits
own appearance.
At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of
the above-captioned matter and their readiness for hearing.
