    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
    On July 19, 2004, the hearing officer granted respondent a final extension, until August
    16, 2004, to file a post-hearing brief. On September 13, 2004, complainant filed a motion for
    sanctions and request to close the record because respondent had not filed its post-hearing brief.
    On September 28, 2004, respondent moved to extend the deadline for its response to
    complainant’s motion to October 6, 2004. Complainant objects to this request for an extension
    of time. Respondent’s motion is granted. While respondent’s response is due October 6, 2004,
    the deadline for filing its post-hearing brief remains past due.
     
    Additionally, respondent notes that the Board has not granted complainant’s motion to
    exceed the page limit on its post-hearing brief, filed April 20, 2004. Due to the extent and
    nature of the allegations involved in this complaint, complainant’s motion to exceed the page
    limit is granted and the post-hearing brief is accepted.
