    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
     
     
    On September 30, 2004, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing officer. Respondent has made some progress in cleaning the site, but did not know how
    long it might take. Complainant will have the site investigator make a recommendation on a
    timeframe.
     
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer at 9:15 a.m. on November 8, 2004. The telephone status conference will be initiated by
    the complainant. The parties shall be prepared to discuss the status of this matter.
