HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On September 23, 2004, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference with the
hearing officer. The parties represented that it appears that they have an agreement in principle
but the respondent continues to have internal discussions regarding the resolution of the above-
captioned matter. The petitioner represented that it will file a waiver of the statutory decision
deadline to and including April 8, 2005.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephonic status conference with the hearing
officer on October 27, 2004, at 10:00 a.m. The status conference must be initiated by the
petitioner, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its own appearance. At the status
conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and
their readiness for hearing. If, however, a motion to voluntarily dismiss is filed prior to the next
status conference, the conference will be cancelled without further order.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
