HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On September 23, 2004, a telephonic status conference was held. Respondent did not
appear. The petitioner represented that an issue in this matter and a related enforcement matter
involves the financial review of the petitioner. The petitioner represented that it is awaiting
further status of the enforcement matter. The petitioner requested that a telephonic status
conference be scheduled for 90 days. That request is granted. The petitioner represented that it
will file a 90-day waiver of the statutory decision deadline.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephonic status conference with the hearing
officer on December 22, 2004, at 10:30 a.m. The telephonic status conference must be initiated
by the petitioner, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its own appearance. At the status
conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and
their readiness for hearing.
