    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
    On September 23, 2004, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing officer. Petitioner sent a revised budget, and the parties expect this matter to be resolved
    before the next status conference. Additionally, petitioner agreed to file an open waiver of the
    decision deadline within the next thirty days.
     
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer at 10:30 a.m. on December 21, 2004. The status conference shall be initiated by the
    petitioner.
     
    The decision deadline for this docket is currently February 7, 2005.
